Showreel
Categories: Illustration, Print, Animation, DigitalA short video highlighting additional key works from 2017-2019.
In order of appearence:
Life Gets Messy
I worked in a student design team to develop a public campaign for Community Legal Centre NSW (CLCNSW). The campaign ‘Life Gets Messy’ included visual and animated resources to articulate the importance of early legal support in addressing peoples everyday problems.

Teaching a Truer History
As a non-indigenous designer creating work for Indigenous issues, it is cruicial that I ask for cultural consultation throughout the design process. Lauren Booker (Indigenous women and researcher at
Jumbunna Institute) was kind enough to guide my work to ensure that it respected Aboriginal culture.
In response to Maya Newell’s documentary In My Blood It Run (2019) I designed ‘Teaching a Truer History’ which is a hypothetical website for teachers to connect with other teachers, Aboriginal educators and learn more about Indigenous subjects.

Ocean Alley Website Re-design
This is a hypothetical re-design of the Australian rock band Ocean Alley’s website. Based off their album ‘Chiroscuro’, the website was designed to embody the free-spirited nature of their music — visually represented by a river flowing down the page. The images were sourced from the CD cover and digitally manipulated to create multiple visual elements for the webpage. The wavy typeface was inspired by the band’s logo and was designed specifically for the titles of each section.
Series of Book Covers
Three book covers with a common theme were re-designed to create a cohesive series. Hand-crafted potato stamps were used to generate original and unique textured patterns for the artwork. This aesthetic contrasts against the mechanical and rigid nature of the technology. The bold colours and repetitive pattern bring consistency and a strong visual language between the three book covers, whilst also reflecting conceptual ideas about technology.
